Serena by the Sea to Offer Units in Early 2023 at 1020 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida, 33755

Serena by the Sea is a new residential complex slated for Clearwater, Florida. It’s already sold all of its 80 units. Around 70 percent of the units were bought by out-of-state residents. The units are housed in a seven-story building.

Valor Capital reports that homes come with integrated smart home technology, open-concept floorplans, and balconies. Many units also come with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and more. The waterfront homes guarantee that residents will “never miss another sunset.” Many of the standard two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes measure 1,400 square feet to just over 2,500 square feet each. The penthouses range from two- to four-bedroom units, with square footage exceeding 1,400.

Amenities include an infinity pool.

Residents can enjoy the 23,000 square feet of communal amenities, too. Some of these resort-style amenities include a private spa, infinity pool, fitness center, and summer kitchen. As noted, Valor Capital is the project’s owner. It hopes to start delivering homes by early 2023. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the venture could cost more than $30 million to complete.
