Serenade at Ovation is a proposed residential community in Orange County, FL. Although details are scarce at this time, sources report that construction could start on the venture in spring 2023.
The $192 million development could offer 227 single-family home and townhouses. Most (if not all) of the homes will measure just one story above grade. Winter Garden Dream Homes report that site plans show 17 lakefront residences.
The venture rests on a 100-acre-plus plot.
Horizon West News & Info reports that the homes will rest on a 1118.95-acre build site. As of August 2022, the project was in its planning stage and seeking approvals from local officials. Mabrey & Partners LLC is Serenade at Ovation’s owner. The Dallas-based organization has three active ventures.
It has another project unfolding in Florida: BB Groves South. That venture, located near Serenade at Ovation in Winter Park, could offer 500 single-family homes and townhomes. It has Bio-Tech Consulting Inc. listed as the environmental engineer. Poulos & Bennett, LLC is the civil engineer on both Serenade at Ovation and BB Groves South.
Based in Orlando, the organization presently has more than 20 active projects, with many located in Central Florida. Serenade at Ovation does not have publicly-listed address yet. However, it will be located on Avalon Road in Winter Park, Florida, 34787, in Orange County.
