The Reserve at Atlantic Could Start Construction in 2023 at Atlantic Avenue and Half Mile Road, Delray Beach, Florida, 33444

Palm Beach County will soon be home to the Reserve at Atlantic, a mixed-use development resting on a 39.8-acre build site. The land was formerly used for agricultural purposes.

The Palm Beach Post reports that the development will comprise at least 450 homes––over 100 of which are set aside as workforce housing. The community will also have a daycare center that can accommodate up to 120 children. The South Florida Business Journal reported in May 2021 that the venture could also offer 85,000 square feet of self-storage space.

Sources report that the community could cost $244 million to complete. Construction could start early next year. Bove Company is the developer. JMorton Planning/Landscape Architecture is the architect. It shared conceptual renderings with the Palm Beach Post in November 2021.

Plans show a mid-rise building with a rooftop amenity deck,  swimming pool, and other commodities. As of August 19, 2022, the Reserve at Atlantic was in its early planning stages, and Palm Beach County officials approved it in July of that same year.

The Reserve at the Atlantic is located at Atlantic Avenue and Half Mile Road, Delray Beach, Florida, 33444, in Palm Beach County. The venture is northwest of the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens. It’s also directly east and West Delray Regional Park.

  2. More AG Reserve land being converted to commercial building space.
    Sad.

  3. Atlantic Avenue and Boynton Beach Boulevard should have been and were planned to be where all development was to take place. Look at the 1999 master plan. It makes no sense having farms along major corridors. Agriculture should be west of 441 and with pockets of the subdivisions where development rights were purchased.
