Alton Bay Miami Beach is a nine-story housing development planned for Miami-Dade County, Florida. The community will feature 178 multi-family units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. The homes will measure 560 square feet to 1,410 square feet each, according to sources.
Homes come with 10-foot-high ceilings, marble-framed bathtubs, glass-enclosed showers, and other high-end amenities. Communal amenities comprise an elevated pool deck, BBQ area, outdoor gaming area, gym/yoga studio, resident lounge, co-working spaces, dog park, pet wash, and more.
Mast Capital is the developer. Arquitectonica is the architect, and CID is the interior designer. Conceptual renderings show a mid-rise building with a mostly glass exterior. Alton Bay Miami Beach also rests on a podium, which could be a parking garage. There’s also an upper-floor amenity deck.
Owners also gain VIP access to the Beach Club at the Nobu Hotel and Eden Roc Miami Beach, according to the venture’s brochure. Sources report that construction could start on the multi-million-dollar venture in 2023. Alton Bay Miami Beach’s address is 3900 Alton Road, Miami Beach, Florida, 33140, in Miami-Dade County.
The community is accessible via Interstate 195, and it’s located directly west of Biscayne Bay.
