Atlantica at Dania Beach is a $45 million development undergoing construction in Broward County, FL. According to the Real Deal, the venture will offer 124 garden-style apartments. The homes will be spread across six three-story buildings, offering one-bedroom and two-bedroom layout plans.
They measure 650 square feet to 1,080 square feet each. Rent’s expected to range from $1,500 to $1,800 a month, although this could change based on current market trends. Construction’s expected to last about 14 months, having started earlier this November.

The build site measures 4.67 acres. The communal spaces will span more than 56,000 square feet, nearly a quarter of the project. Per the South Florida Business Journal, communal amenities comprise a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and more than 230 surface parking spots.
The Lojeta Group is the developer. Rhett Roy Landscape Architecture & Planning is the landscape architect, and GGB Engineering is the civil engineer. Albert O. Gonzalez Architects designed the community.
The garden-style units start at around 600 square feet.
Conceptual renderings reveal a community comprising low-rise buildings with balconies and various outdoor spaces. The community is designed with native Florida plants. Atlantica at Dania Beach’s address is Northeast 1st Street, Dania Beach, Florida, 33004, in Broward County.
The community is a two-mile drive from the ocean and Dania Beach’s other amenities.
