Addison Square to Comprise 53 Homes at Plantation Road and Idlewild Street in Fort Myers, Florida

Addison Square is an upcoming residential community in Fort Myers, Florida. The gated community will offer 53 homes. Greater Fort Myers reports that homes measure 1,600 square feet to 3,400 square feet each.

They range from one to two stories, all resting on a 17-acre plot. Construction of the model homes is scheduled for spring 2023. Gulfshore Business reports that homes could become available shortly after in summer 2023, starting in the $500,000s.

Florida Weekly notes that residences come outfitted with built-in smart home technology, open-concept floorplans, and energy-efficient appliances. Each home is also designed by a professional interior decorator, offering personalized touches selected by future residents.

The homes will be centered around a lake. Benefits of living in the community include “low HOA fees and no CDD.” Pulte Homes is the developer. The organization has another community unfolding in Fort Myers: Camden Square.

That community is very similar to Addison Square, offering 96 single-family homes measuring 1,600 square feet to 2,500 square feet. The remaining available homes are listed in the $600,000s.

Addison Square is located at Plantation Road and Idlewild Street in Fort Myers, Florida, 33966, in Lee County. The complex is within 11 miles of Southwest Florida International Airport and a 25-minute drive from Hertz Arena.
