Celebration Pointe, a 180-Unit Senior Living Facility, Unfolds at Southwest 45th Street and Southwest 32nd Road in Gainesville, Florida

Discovery Senior Living has a new facility unfolding in Gainesville, Florida. It’s called “Celebration Pointe.” The 180-unit community will offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences outfitted to meet seniors’ needs.

Communal amenities comprise a fitness center, tech bar, 4,000-square-foot- rooftop lounge, bar, entertainment area, and much more. Residents also get access to the Experiential Living App, which allows them to use third-party services.

Amenities include a rooftop lounge.

GlobeNewswire notes that many of the amenities are actually off-campus; residents will enjoy easy access to Gainesville’s dining options, cultural experiences, and social activities. NewsWire reports that construction started on the 116,843-square-foot facility in July 2022.

Completion’s slated for the first quarter of 2024. Sources report that the community could cost $50 million to complete. As noted, Discovery Senior Living, LLC is the owner. Architectural Concepts Inc. is the architect, Geopoint Surveying is the consultant, and Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer.

There are 180 units, as well as many on-site amenities.

Other involved parties include Crawford, Williams Engineering, Inc., M.P. Spychala & Associates, Inc., and Ace Blueprints of Brevard, Inc. They are the mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, and copy center, respectively. Celebration Pointe’s address is Southwest 45^th Street and Southwest 32^nd Road in Gainesville, Florida, 32608, in Alachua County.

The community is directly west of I-75 and Newnans Lake Conservation Center.
