Elysian Luxury Apartments is a residential venture offering more than 300 units on a 16.4-acre lot in Horizon West, Florida. The homes will be spread across four four-story buildings, according to Horizon West News & Info. Sources report that buildings 1 and 2 would host 56 and 44 apartments, respectively. Buildings 3 and 4 would offer 48 and 56 units––also respectively.
Unicorp National Developments, Inc. reports that the venture will also offer four carriage homes, ranging from two to three stories above grade. Those units would range around 1,200 square feet each. True to its name, Elysian Luxury Apartments offers luxury amenities.
The development comprises a wine-tasting lounge, basketball court, clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, swimming pool, and more. Per OrangeObserver.com, the community will also feature a wetland area in the center. Other outdoor features include walking trails, open spaces, and recreational areas.
The owner, Unicorp, purchased the build site for $6.5 million last year. Kreiger Klatt Architects is the architect. Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer. While the project is intended to offer more homes in the area, the project’s being met with some controversy, with some residents of Orange County concerned about privacy issues. They claim the apartments’ height looks into their backyards.
Elysian Luxury Apartments is located on Seidel Road, Horizon West, Florida, 34787, in Orange County.
