Immocorp Ventures has big plans for a mixed-use development in Palm Beach County, Florida. Per the South Florida Business Journal, the venture’s called “Northwood Square.” On a 4.68-acre build site, the community calls for a nine-story building that will comprise 382 apartments, averaging 725 square feet each.
Layout plans range from studios to two-bedroom units. Yet, the residential element is just one facet of Northwood Square. The project entails more than 63,000 square feet of retail space and 13,000 square feet of public space, according to the Florida Redevelopment Association. The South Florida Business Journal reports that Immocorp Ventures hopes to bring a 20,000-square-foot grocery store into the mix, along with various local businesses.
Amenities include a 580-spot parking garage, swimming pool, game room, and fitness center. Site plans show that there will be three buildings between the nine-story residential building and the parking garage. Developers hope to break ground in January of next year—although some sources suggest that site work could start even sooner.
Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design is the architect. Based in Miami, the architect presently has more than 50 active projects, including The Gateway at Wynwood, which we just recently reported on.
Sources list Northwood Square’s address as 2501 Broadway Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33407, in Palm Beach County.
