Developers hope to seek site plan approval for Presidium Largo Apartments, a multi-family housing community in Southwest Florida. If approved, the venture will offer 132 residential units on a 5.3-acre build site. City records show that the lot is divided into three parcels, each with various zoning designations.
There are buildings already on the build site, which may require demolition before the general contractor breaks ground. The 132 apartments could be spread across seven buildings, measuring three to four stories above grade.
Most homes (96) would be housed in a four-story building overlooking the community swimming pool. Communal amenities comprise a 200-square-foot clubhouse, a visitor’s parking lot, and a 2,700-square-foot leasing office and package kiosk.
Right now, the venture’s presently in its planning phase. On January 11, 2023, city officials will host a Virtual Neighborhood Information Meeting, where residents of Pinellas County can learn more about the project. This is just one of the steps necessary to complete the Largo Development Review process.
If approved, sources report that the $50 million complex isn’t expected to start construction before spring 2023. Presidium Group––DFW Office is the project’s owner. John Griggs and Grant Saxon are acting on behalf of the property owner. Presidium Largo Apartments’ address is 17068 US Highway 19 North, Clearwater, Florida, 33764, in Pinellas County.
