Fort Myers will soon be home to a $90 million multifamily development. Per EIN Presswire, the community will offer 255 homes in a gated community on a 17-acre build site.
Units range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom residences, measuring about 790 to 1,700 square feet. Communal amenities comprise a fitness center, children’s play area, residents’ lounge, and more.
There’s also a swimming pool overlooking the community’s private lake. Construction could start by the end of this month, with completion slated for mid-2024. Rent information isn’t yet available.
Yet, per RentCafe notes that for a 990-square-foot apartment in the area, one can expect to pay nearly $1,928 a month. The complex’s units may go for similar prices. The Fort Myers community is a joint project between Global City Development and Gilu Development, per Rebusiness Online.
Both companies are based in Miami. ANF Group Inc. is the general contractor. Based in Davie, the organization has more than 20 active projects. At this time, sources don’t appear to name the multifamily development.
However, it’s located on the corner of Crystal Drive and 6 Mile Cypress Parkway in Fort Myers, Florida, 33966, in Lee County. The development is west of I-95 and northeast of Sanibel Island.
