Forte Luxe is a high-end residential community in the works at 12450 Crystal Cove Place in Jupiter, Florida. The complex will comprise 15 townhomes, measuring about 3,500 to 5,000 square feet each. They range from three-bedroom to four-bedroom units, per Forte Luxe’s website.
Homes come outfitted with waterfront terraces, private parking garages, and direct elevators. Sources refer to them as “exquisite, private luxury” residences. Communal amenities include breathtaking waterfront views, a resort-style swimming pool, and 60-foot private boat slips.

Forte Luxe could cost $23 million to complete. Sources note that the community could start construction in Spring 2023. At the time of publication, the complex was in its final planning phase.
Forte Development is the developer. The Florida-based developer has more than 40 years of experience under its belt, boasting one-of-a-kind communities in both the Sunshine State and the New York City metropolitan area.
The community offers 60-foot boat slips.
Alfonso Jurado Architecture designed the community, and it shared conceptual renderings online. They show that the complex will comprise four buildings, measuring three to four stories above grade.
The homes themselves come with generously sized balconies and terraces, with some measuring roughly 11 by 35 feet. Some even come with summer kitchens.
