Mexico Beach Crossings is undergoing construction in Mexico Beach, Florida. The 216-unit apartment complex is part of a larger master-planned community that presently offers 42 townhomes. Upon completion, the bigger project itself will offer 944 homes.

But back to Mexico Beach Crossings. Sources note that CentreMarc Construction Company, LLC broke ground on the development in January 2022. Completion’s scheduled for the first quarter of 2024, although some homes have already started leasing, per the community’s website.

Homes include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

Homes at Mexico Beach Crossings will range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, measuring from 767 square feet to 1,308 square feet. The pet-friendly residences come with nine-foot-high ceilings, granite countertops, walk-in showers, and spacious kitchens.

Communal amenities comprise a dog park, 24-hour fitness center, coffee bar, children’s play area, and a lot more. The upscale community also has eco-friendly features, such as electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle racks.

The St. Joe Company is an owner. The Panama City Beach-based firm is overseeing the larger 944-home project. Homecorp, Inc. is also an owner. Other involved parties include Studio Scarab Architecture (the architect), Dewberry––Panama City (the civil engineer), and Borden Morris Garner Consulting Engineers, Inc. (the mechanical engineer).
