Miami Gardens City Center Scheduled for Completion in 2025 in Miami-Dade County, FL

Miami Gardens City Center is scheduled for completion by 2025. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the 35-acre project will offer “720 apartments, 270 hotel rooms, 234,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, and two 800-space parking garages.”

Sources report that the mixed-use venture will comprise more than 300,000 square feet of new construction. In August 2022, Gilbert Benhamou, the CEO of Immocorp Capital (the developer), told media outlets that the plans aren’t set in stone, and they are subject to change.

The venture will offer residential, commercial, and retail space.

He also said that the project’s first phase will offer 250 units. The second phase will offer at least 350 units, all in a tower measuring 15 stories maximum. The venture’s estimated to cost $92 million to complete.

Construction is expected to start in June 2023, with Hogan Brothers Construction serving as the general contractor. Ditman Architecture is the architect. The Deerfield Beach-based firm has over 50 active projects in its pipeline, all in the private and public municipal sectors.

The venture will comprise more than 300,000 square feet of new construction.

Miami Gardens City Center’s address is Northwest 191st Street and Northwest 27th Avenue, Miami Gardens, Florida, 33056, in Miami-Dade County. The development is west of the Florida Turnpike and south of Hard Rock Stadium.

  1. PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO CONNECT SMALL, MINORITY AND WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESSES IN THIS DEVELOPMENT. I live in the great city of Miami Gardens. It’s wonderful to see how far we’ve come! Construction will start in a few short months. We want to be connected so that programs of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) and Technical Assistance Services can be provided (FREE OF COST) to help small, minority and women business owners engage in this development process. Respectfully requesting feedback and connection to the developers and others with whom we need to connect. Thank you! Marie Gill – Operator of MBDA Programs in Florida.
