Construction is ongoing at Mosby Citrus Ridge, a multi-family housing development in Davenport, Florida. Per REBusiness Online, the garden-style community will comprise 300 units spread across five four-story buildings.
Homes range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. The luxury apartments come outfitted “with luxe finishes,” according to MultifamilyBiz. At the time of publication, sources note that rent would be less than $2,000. That’s standard for the area; Rentcafe notes that for a 1,092-square-foot apartment in Davenport, one could expect to pay $2,035 a month.
Communal amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga lawn, and outdoor grilling stations. Construction commenced in August 2022, and it’s expected to end in May 2024. Residents could move in shortly thereafter.
Middleburg Communities and the Wolff Company LLC are the class A community’s developers. They are located in South Carolina and Arizona, respectively. Combined, both organizations have 14 active projects. This is their only active project in Florida at this time.
Mosby Citrus Ridge will cost $113 million to complete. The community’s located at 100 Orlando Breeze Circle, Davenport, Florida, 33897, in Polk County. Its location offers easy access to many of Central Florida’s economic hubs. It’s also a 24-minute drive from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
