Villa Vizcaya—Legends Pointe is undergoing construction in Port St. Lucie, Florida. CBG Building Company, the general contractor, started construction in May 2022. It’s scheduled to conclude in June 2024.

The garden-style residential community will comprise 421 apartments spread across 31 buildings, per CBG Building Company. The buildings, measuring two stories above grade, come with hurricane-grade windows, screened-in patios, and upgraded appliances.

The community will feature more than 30 two-story buildings.

Sources note that Villa Vizcaya—Legends Pointe is a multi-phase project, with the first phase offering 325 units and the second phase offering 96 units. Communal amenities include a swimming pool and pavilion, free-standing garages, and tennis, pickleball, and volleyball courts.

Villa Vizcaya—Legends Pointe will rest on a lot measuring 40.58 acres, according to the Kalikow Group. Sources note that the multi-million-dollar complex will require more than 500,000 square feet of new construction.

Skymark Real Estate owns the development. Charlan Brock Associates is the architect, and it shared conceptual renderings online. The 31 structures feature asphalt shingle roofs and durable hardie siding.

Other involved parties in the venture include Stephen Cooper, PE, MiGre Engineers LLC, and NH Joshi & Associates. They are the civil engineer, MEP engineer, and structural engineer, respectively. Villa Vizcaya—Legends Pointe’s is located on Peachtree Road and Selvitz Road, Port St. Lucie, Florida, 34983, in Saint Lucie County.
