Arbor Park is a three-phase residential development slated for Lake County, Florida. The multi-million-dollar development will offer 509 single-family homes on a 156-acre build site upon completion.
The first phase will comprise 162 lots, while the second and third phases will consist of 347 lots. Per GrowthSpotter, the detached homes will rest on lots measuring 50 feet to 70 feet. The master-planned community promotes “active, outdoor living,” granting easy access to many of Fruitland Park’s various amenities.
According to Builder Online, communal amenities include a swimming pool, multiple children’s playgrounds, walking trails, a dog park, and resort-style clubhouse with a kitchen. In January 2022, the publication noted that land development would start in spring of that year, with sales expected to start in early 2023.
Yet, at the time of publication, sources reported that Arbor Park had received preliminary plat approval from city officials. These same sources noted that construction could start early next year, although developers have not officially confirmed this. Park Square Homes purchased the build site for $5.6 million in spring 2022.
GrowthSpotter named BESH-Halff as one of the engineers. Arbor Park will be located “just off U.S. 27 at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard” in Fruitland Park, Florida, 34731, in Lake County.

more sprawl. The Orlando metro area has become an ecological disaster. I can’t believe the government allows this sprawl. When I was a child, I would always see raccoons, opossums, foxes, and more. Now all I see are parking lots and selfish octogenarians who think all of their medicine and doctor visits should have a zero-dollar copay even though children starve to death in other countries.
