Panther National’s first homes are scheduled for completion in Spring 2024. But what is it?
Panther National is a modern golf and lifestyle community in Palm Beach County, FL. The high-end community will feature 218 homes measuring 4,700 square feet to 10,000 square feet.
The largest homes rest on one-acre sites. There are multiple layout plans to choose from, with some homes featuring two- and three-car garages. Homes come outfitted with electric vehicle charging stations, outdoor kitchens, and private swimming pools, per Nicklaus Design.
Homes range from $3.5 million to $20 million. Communal amenities include a courtyard with a firepit, event lawn, fitness center, and “6-star concierge.” Those amenities are scheduled for completion in late 2024.
One of the community’s biggest draws is its golf course designed by Nicklaus Design and golf pro Justin Thomas. The championship golf course will reach completion in late 2023. The par 3 course will finish construction in spring 2023.
The general contractor broke ground on the multiphase community in February 2022. Sources note that the project will cost at least $120 million to complete. Peacock and Lewis Architects and Strang Design are the two architects. Strang Design is also acting as the landscape architect. Willstrong Development is the design-build firm.
Panther National is located on Grapeview Boulevard and Northlake Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, 33410, in Palm Beach County.
