Construction is currently ongoing on Soleste at Pompano Beach apartments, a 253-unit complex on a 1.95-acre lot. Per the South Florida Business Journal, homes will vary from studios to multi-bedroom units, ranging from 450 square feet to 1,050 square feet each.
That’s much larger than the size reported in February 2022, which said apartments would not exceed 894 square feet. In addition to the residences, plans call for 4,000 square feet of commercial space, along with a 367-spot parking garage.
The development itself will measure eight stories above grade and cost an estimated $80 million to complete. Communal amenities comprise a pool deck, fitness center, and picnic area. Estate Investment Group is the owner.
It purchased the vacant build site for $9.8 million in July 2022. Caymart Design is the architect. Conceptual renderings show a mid-rise building where homes come with balconies. Soleste at Pompano Beach is just one of eight Soleste-branded complexes.
One of those complexes is Soleste NoMi Beach, which we reported on in May 2021. Both Estate Investment Group and Caymart Design were involved in that venture. Soleste at Pompano Beach’s address is 208 North Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, Florida, 33062, in Broward County. The development is east of I-95 and south of the Pompano Beach Airpark.
