Prosperity Lakes to Offer More than 2,100 Home Sites in Parrish County, FL

Prosperity Lakes is an emerging venture in Manatee County, FL. The master-planned community will rest on a 1,070-acre build site and comprise more than 2,100 home sites. PR Newswire reports that there are 31 layout plans to choose from, divided into seven collections.

Homes start in the low $300,000s. They comprise townhomes, single-family, and active adult homes. They range from three to six-bedroom units, measuring 1,448 square feet to 3,354 square feet each. They come with energy-efficient appliances, LED lights, and various upgrades. The active adult homes, in particular, come with automated features to accommodate individuals with restricted mobility.

Homes start in the low $300,000s.

Sources report that Prosperity Lakes started construction in December 2022, with Heatherwood Construction acting as the general contractor. Completion’s on the horizon. For instance, homesite 1259 (a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit) is move-in ready starting May 2023.

Communal amenities include a swimming pool, on-site clubhouse, fitness center, playground, tot lot, and walking trail. There are also pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts.

Homes come with energy-efficient appliances.

Lennar Homes––Central Florida Division is the owner. BSB Design is the architect, and ZNS Engineering, LC is the landscape architect and civil engineer. Other involved parties include G.B. Collins Engineering, Quest Design Group, and Electrical Engineering & Communications.

Different parts of the community have different addresses. For instance, the townhomes are located at the southwest corner of Buckeye Road and US 301 in Parrish, Florida, 34219, in Manatee County. The other residences are close by.
