Twenty-Nine Indian Creek to Comprise 11 Boutique Luxury Homes at 2901 Indian Creek, Miami Beach, Florida

Twenty-Nine Indian Creek is a seven-story luxury residential development planned for Miami Beach’s Faena District. It will offer 11 boutique residences, including one penthouse, eight standard units, and two townhomes.

The penthouse offers five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, offering a wrap-around balcony and marble countertops. The eight units range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans, and the townhomes are two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom models.

Miami Condo Investments notes that homes measure from 1,750 square feet to 4,800 square feet. Many come with unobstructed views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. Twenty-Nine Indian Creek’s website suggests that homes start at $2.5 million.

Communal amenities include a pool deck, summer kitchen, dining area, and outdoor shower. There’s also easy access to the nearby beach club. Urban Robot Associates is the architect.

Conceptual renderings show a development that pays homage to the 1930s art deco style. Per Miami Condo Investments: “The Art Deco-inspired geometrical design of the building is complemented by lush landscaping with terraced walls and cascading greenery.”

JMH Development is the developer, and Thornton Construction Co. is the general contractor. Construction could start in spring 2023 and conclude in early 2025.

Twenty-Nine Indian Creek’s address is 2901 Indian Creek, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, in Miami-Dade County. The community’s located east of Florida 195 and northeast of Miami Beach Botanical Garden.
