Construction on Vista Hills Apartments could start soon. The complex, resting on a 16.61-acre build site, would offer about 320 units. GrowthSpotter notes that homes will range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans.
They will be spread across 12 three-story buildings. The Orlando Business Journal notes that construction could start within four months, with construction starting in either June or July.
Sources note that Vista Hills Apartments’ buildings will be wood-framed structures divided into four “quads.” Communal amenities include a clubhouse and swimming pool. At this time, sources don’t report how much the complex will cost to complete.
Yet, it will likely cost more than $10 million to complete and take 18 months to finish construction (once it starts). FK Architecture (formerly known as Fugleberg Koch Architects) and B-Pila Design Studio are the architects.
Skorman Construction is the developer. It owns the apartment building right next door. Minneola Hills offers 297 apartments, and it shares many of the same features as Vista Hills Apartments.
Other involved parties in the venture include KPM Franklin, Joseph Lawrence & Co. LLC, and Gutherman Structural. They’re the civil engineer, MEP engineer, and structural engineer, respectively. Vista Hills Apartment is located in Minneola, Florida, 34715, in Lake County.
