555 River House could soon call the 305 home. Our sources report that the general contractor could start on the $200 million venture in August 2023, comprising about 140,000 square feet of new construction.
Upon completion, the mixed-use development will offer 39 condos, 175 hotel rooms, and office space. Plans also call for 585 feet of riverfront access, an extension of the Miami Riverwalk. 555 River House will comprise two high-rise buildings connected by a skybridge.
The South Florida Business Journal reported on 555 River House in May 2019 when the developer, Vagabond Group, first proposed the idea. At the time of publication, the organization noted that homes would start at $1 million––although this may have changed due to market demand and inflation.
They range from two to four bedrooms. Condo owners will have unlimited access to the hotel’s amenities, which include a swimming pool and housekeeping services. As noted, Vagabond Group is the developer.
Arc PE is the owner, and ODP Architects designed 555 River House. 555 River House would rest on a site measuring 2.18 acres. The venture’s address is 517, 555, 603, 661, 633 NW S River Dr., Miami, Florida, 33131, in Miami-Dade County. It will be located in the East Little Havana.
