Mr. C Residences is undergoing construction in Miami-Dade County. Per Miami Luxury Homes, the development will open in late 2023, alongside Mr. C Tigertail Residences, a similar venture in Coconut Grove. Mr. C Residences will offer 112 homes in a 21-story building.
According to Miami Residence, homes measure 650 square feet to 2,655 square feet. The venture’s website reports that they range from one-bedroom to five-bedroom layout plans, featuring 10-foot-high ceilings, terrazzo and quartz countertops, and other high-end offerings. Homes start at $900,000. In 2021, Miami Luxury Homes noted that the complex was 95 percent sold. Unlike other high-rise towers in the area, Mr. C Residences will not feature a hotel aspect. However, it will offer an array of resort-style amenities, including two swimming pools, on-site restaurants, and valet parking.
Our sources list Terra Development as the developer. Arquitectonica is the architect, designing the venture to reflect “the notion of simplicity — embracing life’s simple pleasures, doing simple things perfectly.” Meyer Davis is the interior designer, and ArqGEO is the landscape architect.
