Ora by Casa Tua to Tower More Than 900 Feet at 1210 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida

Construction could start on Ora by Casa Tua in March 2024. Sources report that the $239 million venture will comprise a 76-story tower. The Next Miami notes that it will measure more than 900 feet, featuring both commercial and residential space.

The development’s website reports that the residential aspect will include 530 units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom layout plans. They measure 500 square feet to 2,400 square feet each. Homes come outfitted with walk-in closets, in-unit washers/dryers, and impact-resistant windows. Prices range from $859,000 to $3,690,000.

The commercial space will include two restaurants, a 24-hour market, a health and wellness center, and a three-story sky garden. It will also include a rooftop amenity deck with a pool, along with other offerings.

Arquitectonica is the architect. M2atelier is the designer interior. Fortune Internal Realty is the developer. At the time of publication, Ora by Casa Tua was in its design phase, seeking approval from county officials. If the general contractor broke ground in March 2024 as projected, the venture could take anywhere from 24 to 36 months to complete. This has not been officially confirmed.

There will be more than 500 residences.
