Residences in the Grove Requires Hotel Redevelopment at 2855 Tigertail Avenue, Miami, Florida

Residences in the Grove is a boutique high-end community headed for Miami, Florida. The $40 million could start construction in July 2023, with the Terra Group and AB Asset Management serving as the developers.

Upon completion, the five-story building will offer 174 residences. Per Miami Residential, these homes will vary from studios to three-bedroom apartments, starting at $800,000. In-unit amenities include open-concept floorplans, 10-foot-high ceilings, and stainless-steel appliances.

The venture will measure five stories.

Communal amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and residents’ lounge. Residences in the Grove itself offers easy access to Peacock Park and is within driving distance of South Beach.

Residences in the Grove requires the redevelopment of a former hotel. At the time of publication, the project was in its design phase, seeking approval from the Urban Development Review Board. Arquitectonica is the architect.

The venture requires redeveloping this hotel.

Conceptual renderings show exactly what the project is aiming for––a modern community “with a clean style that invites natural light in.” A general contractor has not yet been revealed. If construction starts this summer as anticipated, it could reach completion in either 2025 or 2026.

Residences in the Grove’s address is 2855 Tigertail Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33133, in Miami-Dade County. The venture’s east of the University of Miami.
