Fontana Apartments Could Start Construction at 13100 Treeline Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida

Our sources point to an emerging residential venture in Fort Myers, Florida. Fontana Apartments is a $35 million venture that could start construction by the end of this year.

Upon completion, the community will comprise around 130,000 square feet of living space, offering 153 apartments spread across six low-rise buildings. The homes will vary from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. The community itself will comprise more than 150,000 square feet of new construction.

The venture will offer 153 units.

Premium Development (the designer) notes that the development will be situated along a 15-acre lake. Communal amenities include a yoga studio, walking track, fitness center, and pool/sun deck.

There’s also a community building and two parking garages. Conceptual renderings show that the community will blend in many aspects of the surrounding Southwest Floridian landscape.

Construction could start by the end of this year.

At this time, we’re unsure of the venture’s general contractor. Construction could take anywhere from 18 months to 24 months to complete. Fontana Apartments will likely offer at-rate apartments. Rentcafe notes that the average rent for a 990-square-foot apartment in the area right now goes for around $2,000 a month.

The venture’s address is 13100 Treeline Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida, 33913, in Lee County. The community will be east of I-75 and offer easy access to Southwest Florida International Airport.
