The Edition Residences Edgewater is slated for a 2026 delivery in Miami-Dade County. It’s the first private residence under the Edition brand.
Designed by Arquitectonica, the 55-story tower will offer 185 units, ranging from $1.9 million to $8 million each. Miami Residence notes that homes will measure 1,952 square feet to 3,864 square feet, comprising one-bedroom to four-bedroom condos.

There are also three three-story penthouses, each one featuring a private rooftop garden and pool. Homes come with semi-private elevators, stainless steel appliances, luxury bathrooms, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and Downtown Miami.
Miami Residential notes that the Edition Residences Edgewater will offer 45,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a rooftop pool/hot tub, multi-sport simulator, and six guest suites––just to name a few.

As noted, Arquitectonica is the architect. Studio Munge is the interior designer, and Two Roads Development is the developer. Sources haven’t shared when construction will start or who the general contractor is. Construction could take anywhere from 12 to 24 months once it gets underway.
Edition Residences Edgewater’s address is 2121 N Bayshore Dr., Miami, Florida, 33137, in Miami-Dade County. The venture is directly west of Pace Picnic Island.
