Olara Slated for 2026 Delivery at 1919 and 1911 N. Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida

Demolition has started on various commercial buildings in West Palm Beach, Florida. The end goal? Olara, two 26-story luxury towers offering 275 condos and 210 rental units. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the venture, which will cost at least $50 million, will offer waterfront living and high-end amenities.

Homes will measure 1,500 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet, ranging from two-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans. They start at $2 million, although this could change the closer the complex gets to completion.

The towers will measure 26 stories.

Conceptual renderings from Gabellini Sheppard (the interior designer) show floor-to-ceiling windows that capture natural light. Other in-unit features include a free-standing bathtub, built-in smarthome features, and terraces.

Sources report that the residences at Olara are just one piece of the puzzle. The venture will include 80,000 square feet of amenities, including a fitness center, an open-air yoga studio, a Japanese-style spa, and a library––just to name a few. Additionally, the development will offer a 30,000-square-foot restaurant and an epicurean marketplace. This will all take shape on a build site measuring 1.82 acres.

City officials approved the venture in December 2022, with completion slated for 2026. Arquitectonica is the architect. Savanna is the developer. It launched Olara’s condo sales earlier this year. Olara will span 1919 and 1911 N. Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33407, in Palm Beach County.
