The Related Group of Florida has partnered with Airbnb on a 37-story venture in Miami-Dade County. District 225 will comprise 347 short-term rentals, ranging from studios to two-bedroom accommodations.
Per Miami Residential, residences come with built-in smart home technology, washers and dryers, and Italian cabinetry. Floorplans range from 458 square feet to 884 square feet, with ceilings measuring 9.8 feet tall. The venture’s website reports that prices started at $388,000, although District 225 recently sold out.
There is more than 25,000 square feet of amenities. They include a fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, café, co-working stations, and basketball courts. Other offerings include a rooftop amenity deck with a spa, fire pit, and summer kitchen.
Sieger Suarez Architects designed the venture. Condo Blackbook lists Meshberg Design as the interior designer and the Related Group as the developer. District 225 “delivers a true turnkey experience.”
While owners can live there full-time, they can easily rent out their unoccupied condos. Sources predict that construction will finish in either 2024 or 2025. District 225’s address is 225 N. Miami Ave., Miami, Florida, 33128, in Miami-Dade County. The most recent renderings from Google Earth suggest that sitework has already started, although this hasn’t been officially confirmed.
