7918 West Drive is taking shape in North Bay Village, FL. The 21-story tower will feature 54 residences. Each home comes with a unique floorplan, outfitted with built-in smart home technology, imported cabinetry, and high-speed fiber-optic internet.
Sources report that 7918 West Drive will have more than 20,000 square feet of amenities, including a swimming pool, garden, and chef’s kitchen. There are more than 15,000 square feet of common areas.
The smallest homes offer two bedrooms.
Other offerings include 140 parking spots and 34 storage units. The Next Miami reported that construction started on the luxury development in July 2022. Miami Residential suggests that the project could finish construction in 2026, although this hasn’t been officially confirmed.
Upon completion, 7918 West Drive will comprise 250,000 square feet of new construction. The venture’s website notes that homes start at $2 million. MTTR Mgmt is the architect, and Thornton Residential is the general contractor. Pacific Orient Development LLC is the developer. It purchased the build site for $8.3 million in 2015.
The venture’s located in Miami-Dade County.
The South Florida Business Journal notes that 7918 West Drive has been in the works since January 2017. The developer proposed 77 condos in a 290-foot-tall tower, but the plans were not approved. The complex’s address is 7918 West Drive, North Bay Village, Florida, 33141, in Miami-Dade County. It’s east of I-95 and southwest of Surfside.
