Negroni Bistro & Sushi Bar, the popular restaurant brand from Latin America renowned for its global fusion cuisine, has unveiled a new location in Weston, Florida. Nestled at 1744 Main Street, in the bustling Weston Town Center, this location marks Negroni’s second foray into Florida following Midtown Miami and its first establishment in Broward County. It is a testament to the brand’s growing popularity as a prime choice for patrons seeking an eclectic dining adventure.
In its spirit of combining diverse flavors, Negroni Weston presents a variety of hearty dishes enveloped in Latin American zest. Guests can enjoy these treats in a 5,000-square-foot dining room and outdoor patio, embodying an ambiance of comfort during the day and an enticing appeal after dark. Accommodating up to 220 guests, the restaurant features a dedicated sushi bar offering a selection of ceviches, tiraditos, nigiri, and signature rolls. Patrons can savor craft cocktails, negronis, spritz, and tonics while immersed in a chic setting with a DJ setting the musical backdrop. A designated social media spot offers a hip backdrop for Instagram photo ops.

Pablo Sartori, the founder of Negroni, expressed his excitement about bringing the Negroni experience to Broward County. “We’ve been overwhelmed by the excitement and anticipation from the local community, and we are thrilled to welcome guests to our lively and fun establishment finally. Weston, with its vibrant dining and shopping scene, is our ideal location. We feel privileged to be a part of this thriving community,” he said.

Negroni Weston’s menu boasts an international array of appetizers, salads, flatbreads, paninis, burgers, and more. Highlight dishes include Provoleta On Fire, a flamboyant appetizer featuring roasted provolone cheese flambéed with rum; Parrillada, a feast of grilled meats perfect for sharing; and Truffle Gnocchi, a delight for cheese and truffle lovers. The menu also features sushi, nigiri, tiraditos, and ceviches from the Nikkei sushi bar, subtly merging Asian and Latin American elements into creations such as Tuna Tartare rolls and Carretillero ceviche.

Complementing the culinary offerings is an extensive drink menu featuring wines, beers, sakes, and creative cocktails. Among the top choices are Summer Shade, a refreshing blend of Grey Goose vodka and citrus; Paloma, a grapefruit-infused Patron tequila blanco delight; and the vibrant Deadpool Margarita, with Clase Azul Plata tequila and hibiscus syrup.
Negroni Weston operates daily from 4 p.m. to midnight. The establishment plans to extend its hours for lunch on Friday, from noon to midnight, and on Saturday and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to midnight and 11 p.m., respectively.
