Florida YIMBY has learned of an exciting mid-rise venture tower taking place in Bay Harbor Islands. Meet Origin Residences. It’s a seven-story complex offering 27 homes, measuring 1,367 square feet to 2,328 square feet each.
Homes will range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom residences, with the smallest ones starting at $1.4 million. These luxury waterfront homes come with walk-in master closets, frontload washers and dryers, and imported Italian cabinets. Select homes come with 11-foot-high ceilings.
The venture will offer more than 20 homes.
There are dozens of communal amenities to enjoy at Origin Residences, including a rooftop pool, electric vehicle charging stations, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and valet parking––just to name a few. The complex itself offers a direct route to the Atlantic Ocean through Haulover Inlet.
Our sources note that Origin Residences is expected to deliver units in 2025. VDA is the developer. Artefacto is the interior designer, and Revuelta is the architect. Origin Residences isn’t the only boutique housing development taking shape in Bay Harbor Islands. Recently, Florida YIMBY reported on a 23-story luxury condo that is set to start construction by the end of this year.
