Altis Grand Lake Willis Phase II Continues Construction Near 6260 Juniper Pine Way, Orlando, Florida

Developers are working on Altis Grand Lake Willis Phase II, the second phase of Altis Grand Lake Willis in Orlando, Florida. The venture broke ground in spring 2023 after facing a series of setbacks from supply chain issues.

According to Multi-Housing News, upon completion, the complex will comprise 230 units spread across six low-rise buildings. There are six floorplans to choose from, with layout plants ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments.

The venture will rest on a build site measuring over nine acres.

In-unit features include stainless steel appliances and high-efficiency water heaters. The garden-style community will offer a host of amenities, including a standalone 5,000-square-foot-plus clubhouse, grilling stations, a fire pit, and a heated pool with fountains.

Per Multifamily Press, the community will come with 420 parking spots and 30 detached garage spaces. Altis Grand Lake Willis Phase II will rest on a build site measuring over nine acres. The developer, the Atlman Cos., secured a $41.2 million construction loan from Comercia Bank to make the venture possible.

Our sources don’t list when the second phase will finish construction. Yet, we know that it will be adjacent to Altis Grand Lake Willis Phase I, which started construction in the fourth quarter of 2021. That venture’s address is 6260 Juniper Pine Way, Orlando, Florida, 32821, in Orange County.
