Drift in Daytona Beach, Florida, has reached the end of construction. The Class A multifamily community offers 300 units on a 29.5-acre lot. Layout plans range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom options, with most averaging around 1,000 square feet.
Apartment Finder notes that the smallest units measure 689 square feet, while the largest measure 1,259 square feet. Rent starts at $1,699 a month, although this could be subject to change. The homes themselves will be spread across multiple three-story garden-style buildings.

Thompson Thrift notes that Drift offers a user-friendly app and other luxury living experience perks. Studio M Architecture designed the venture. Conceptual renderings show low-rise buildings with neutral-colored facades.
Sources indicate that the Indiana-based firm presently has more than 30 active projects across multiple sectors. Its projects total over $800 million. Drift’s address is 100 Navigator Drive, Daytona Beach, Florida, 32117, in Volusia County.
The community will offer easy access to Main Street Pier and the Daytona International Speedway. It aims to accommodate the city’s growing population.
