The mat foundation is now complete for 501First Residences, a 40-story residential tower at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue in the heart of Downtown Miami, developed by Aria Development Group and AQARAT. The successful execution of this momentous milestone was a collaborative effort involving general contractor Beauchamp Construction, alongside the project’s shell contractor, JGR Construction, concrete contractor, US American Concrete, and concrete materials from Titan America. This tremendous endeavor spanned an impressive 10 hours, commencing on Friday, June 30, at midnight. A continuous rotation of 170 cement trucks meticulously laid an astounding 1,700 cubic yards of concrete, signifying an exhilarating advancement in the construction progress.

Recent photos showcase the impressive collaborative efforts of all the companies involved in completing the pour.
