The Quinn’s set to take shape in Pensacola, Florida. Thompson Thrift notes that the multifamily community will offer 324 class-A homes on an 18-acre lot. They will be spread across nine mid-rise buildings, offering one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans.
Units average 1,000 square feet each, and they come standard with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ceiling fans. Select units come with balconies, patios, detached garages, and private enclosed yards.
Upgraded units (which offer signature amenities) include keyless entry, integrated smart home technology, and voice-activated lights. The Quinn will offer a host of on-site amenities, including grilling areas, pickleball yards, a fitness center, and a resort-style swimming pool.
There’s also a dog park outfitted with a pet spa. Multifamily Housing News reports that construction could finish on the project in late 2024, and BLDUP estimates the project at $10.5 million.
Recently, Florida YIMBY reported on the Concord, a 257-unit complex taking shape in Sarasota––another venture Thompson Thrift is spearheading. The Quinn will be located at the intersection of W 9 Mile Road and Beulah Road, Pensacola, Florida, 32526, in Escambia County. It will be south of I-10 and north of the National Naval Aviation Museum.

That should probably say W Nine Mile Road and Beulah Road not W Nile Road and Beulah Road.
