Manatee Pointe at Lago Mar Luxury Residences is undergoing construction in Palm Beach County, FL. But just what is it?
The luxury multi-family development will offer multi-bedroom units in a three-story building, with spacious floorplans. Each three-bedroom home comes with 3 ½ bathrooms, 10-foot-high ceilings, two-car garages, and stainless-steel appliances.

Each residence also comes with a waterfront-facing terrace. Penthouses also come with private rooftop swimming pools and private boat dockage on Lake Wyman. The high-end community offers easy access to various off-site amenities, including Mizner Park and the Town Center Mall.
Data from the available floorplans show that homes measure more than 6,000 square feet. That square footage accounts for the swimming pool, garage, lobby, and usable living space. Sources suggest that homes cost from $6.2 million to $7.5 million––although this is subject to change.

Delivery is slated for the fourth quarter of 2023. Randall Stofft Architects is the architect. The Delray Beach-based firm presently has seven active projects totaling more than $100 million. Manatee Pointe at Lago Mar Luxury Residences will be located at 900 Lago Mar Lane, Boca Raton, Florida, 33431, in Palm Beach County. The venture’s east of I-95 and north of the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center.
