The Village at Coral Gables is slated for a 2025 or 2026 delivery. The venture, costing close to $68 million to complete, will offer 48 units on a 2.6-acre build site. Per Miami Residential, residences will include 24 condos, 16 townhomes, four lofts, and four villas.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that the townhomes will measure 1,700 square feet to 3,100 square feet. Some residences start at $1.7 million, although this could be subject to change with time.
These luxury homes come with Italian cabinetry, skylights, recirculating hot water systems, and integrated smart home technology. The high-end community offers world-class amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool with a sunbed relaxation area, fitness center with high-performance equipment, and business center.
Plans also call for a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse. MG Developer is the developer. It purchased the build site for $15.85 million in 2022. De La Guardia Victoria Architects & Urbanists is the architect. Conceptual renderings show a Spanish-inspired façade with mosaic accents.
Most (if not all) homes come with outdoor terraces. Construction on The Village at Coral Gables could start by the end of this July. The community will be located at 535 Santander Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida, 33134, in Miami-Dade County.
