Affiliate of Jupiter Realty Seeks Approval for 25-Story Tower at 315 S. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, Florida

Linton Jog Associates, an affiliate of Jupiter Realty and Norbert Kent Wilmering, hopes to get approval for a high-rise building in West Palm Beach, FL. The 25-story tower would require 212,707 square feet of new construction, redeveloping the already-existing commercial building on the site.

The venture would offer groundfloor and sixth-floor amenities.

Before construction would start on the high-rise, the general contractor would demolish all but 9,400 square feet of the commercial building, which was built in 1966. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the new apartments would measure 553 square feet to 1,246 square feet each, ranging from studio to two-bedroom units.

If approved, the venture would take shape in West Palm Beach, FL.

The Real Deal reports that the build site measures about an acre. Linton Jog Associates assembled the parcel for $4 million in 2001 and $420,000 in 2004. Spina O’Rourke & Partners is the architect. Conceptual renderings show that the ground floor will have a pet spa, package room, and business lounge.

There will also be a sixth-floor amenity deck which features a swimming pool. If approved, the project would mark another housing development in the midst of South Florida’s real estate boom. Linton Jog Associates’ venture could soon take shape at 315 S. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401, in Palm Beach County.

  1. The developer should demand better architecture, at least for the base….it’s TERRIBLE.

I’ve seen worse bases, but NO MORE BOXES.
