Construction is ongoing on Sycamore Logistics Center, a 310,456-square-foot industrial venture located in Medley, Florida. The complex will rest on an 18-acre build site, comprising two warehouses.
Sources report that they will offer 36-foot clear heights and 96 dock doors. The truck court depth will measure 180 feet. Hernandez Construction, the general contractor, started construction this August.

Link Logistics is the developer. An industrial affiliate of Blackstone, the organization assembled the build site close to $15 million. One parcel was purchased in 2014 and another in 2019. It’s unclear when construction will conclude.

Royal Palm Doral is nearing the end of construction at this once unoccupied site.
In fact, it’s currently working on Royal Palm Doral, a similar venture. That project, also located in Miami-Dade County, will comprise just one 343,972-square-foot building with a 36-foot clear height and 345 dock doors.
That venture is slated for delivery by the end of the third quarter. Royal Palm Doral will be located at NW 66th Street, Doral, Florida, 33178, in Miami-Dade.
