Our sources point to an exciting venture emerging in downtown St. Petersburg. Reflection is an 18-story residential tower offering more than 80 residences. Per the venture’s website, there are eight unique floorplans to choose from, ranging from 1,168 square feet to 2,285 square feet each.
Residences on the seventh floor come with lawn terraces, while residences on the eighth floor come with private balconies. Many homes come with views of the greater St. Petersburg area. The luxury homes start in the $800,000s, with some passing the $1 million mark.
The tower will measure 18 stories.
One of the community’s biggest draws is its amenity deck on the 18th floor. That component will offer a 12,000-square-foot oasis, featuring a resort-style swimming pool, spa, and sauna. Other communal amenities include a fitness center, outdoor kitchen, and club house.
Reflection will sit on a .70-acre parcel in a DC-2 zone. The DeNunzio Group notes that KAST Construction is currently working on the venture, with completion slated for later this year. Hemmer Group is the developer. SMP Architecture designed the high-rise, and KW Developer Services is the real estate group.
Reflection is currently under construction.
