Miami’s Shoma Group is gearing up for its upcoming project, 550 Shoma, a 1.146-acre mixed-use development set to rise in the heart of Orlando, Florida. Situated at 550 Mariposa Street in the downtown area, the development will feature 223 expansive one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental apartments ranging from 756 to 1,472 square feet and adaptable live/work units spanning approximately 1,229 square feet. The esteemed architectural firm Baker Barrios has been entrusted with the design, ensuring a seamless integration of modern aesthetics and contemporary living spaces in this future 16-story tower, accompanied by a spacious parking garage for 425 vehicles. It promises to offer diverse living options and approximately 17,160 square feet of retail space, including a Shoma Bazaar, a culinary and beverage destination.

550 Shoma’s residences will cater to lifestyles, balancing style, functionality, and comfort. The project aims to create a dynamic, inclusive community offering residents extensive amenities and facilities. These include a well-appointed fitness center, yoga studio, sauna, business center, a co-working café, and a delightful club room. Residents will have access to a media and game room, a podcast studio, and a luxurious pool area with a summer kitchen. The project also caters to residents’ furry friends with a dog spa. Additional features include a movie theater, automated package rooms, storage units, and high-speed WiFi to meet the demands of modern living. Shoma MGMT, led by Shoma Group’s President Stephanie Shojaee, will handle leasing and management for the property.
