Offering unobstructed ocean views and seamless access to the city’s urban core, this 45-story tower will soar to over 540 feet.
The project is a testament to the collaboration between Related Group, a prominent developer, Pininfarina, the legendary Italian design house renowned for its iconic contributions to the automotive world, and Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates Architects, the project’s architect of record. The tower has a distinctive wave-like appearance, characterized by its undulating wraparound balconies that mimic the graceful flow of water.
