192-Unit Sevilla Parc Proposed on the West Side of Northwest 94th Court in Miami, FL

Miami-based Sevilla Group hopes to get approval for a residential community. Sevilla Parc would comprise 192 units spread across six low-rise buildings. The South Florida Business Journal notes that homes would comprise one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

Our sources don’t offer much information about communal amenities currently, but we do know that plans call for 314 parking spots––about 1.6 spots per unit. Site plans also don’t show renderings for a swimming pool or clubhouse, two common apartment amenities in Miami-Dade County.

Oscar J. Gonzalez is the architect, and Ceasar Mestre is representing the developer’s application. Sevilla Parc would lie on a five-acre lot across from another complex, Natura apartments, which offers luxury housing units.

The 192-unit project has a goal––namely, to offer homes to the future workers of the nearby American Dream Hotel. Miami-Dade County officials approved the 6.2 million-square-foot project in 2018, although construction has not officially started. Sevilla Parc would be located “on the west side of Northwest 94th Court, just south of Northwest 174th Street.”

It would lie directly west of Florida 75 and south of the Ronald Reagan Turnpike. Google Earth’s renderings show that the proposed build site is currently undeveloped.

  1. Terrible. No development should invade the Everglades. Government officials need to respect nature. Developers and scammers need to do urban infill.
