Leading real estate developer Related Group (Related) and partner Alta Developers have broken ground for Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia (Casa Bella), a 56-story condominium tower at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami’s Arts and Cultural District. Casa Bella marks the first residential partnership for B&B Italia, renowned for collaborations with brands like Rolex, Hermès, and Rolls-Royce. Coastal Construction is the general contractor.
Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Piero Lissoni and the B&B Italia team, Casa Bella embodies a refined Miami aesthetic rooted in contemporary Italian design.

Casa Bella features 319 residences, ranging from one to four bedrooms, with private elevator access, Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchen appliances, and European fixtures chosen by the B&B Italia team. The Penthouse Collection includes ten meticulously designed homes, with the crown jewel being 54th-floor triplex residences boasting private rooftop terraces, spa pools, and indoor/outdoor summer kitchens. The 54th floor also hosts two duplex penthouses.

The building includes two floors of amenities with Biscayne Bay views, including event spaces, a wine vault, a private theater, co-working areas, and a wellness center with yoga and spin rooms. The spa offers on-demand services like massages and facials.

Outdoors, landscape architect Enzo Enea created a pool deck with Italian-inspired gardens, an 80-foot lap pool, private cabanas, and shaded lounge areas. There’s also a rooftop pool and observatory on the 56th floor.
