4th Street Gardens to Offer 10 Townhome Units at 2100 4th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL

Developers are moving forward with a 10-unit townhome complex in St. Petersburg, FL. IDYL Development is spearheading the project. In December 2022, the organization proposed a 33-unit community.

This townhome complex is dubbed “4th Street Gardens.” Our sources indicate that it will comprise two five-unit buildings, with structures measuring four stories above grade. Each 2,280-square-foot residence will feature three bedrooms and come outfitted with various indoor amenities.

The complex will start construction next year.

They include stainless steel appliances, “waterfall” quartz countertops, and a two-car garage. Ownership is expected to start at around $800,000. Construction is expected to last less than 12 months, with completion starting in early 2024 and concluding later that year.  4th Street Gardens isn’t the only project in the works for that block.

St. Pete Rising notes that pending projects include the ARK Innovation Center, Lake Maggiore Apartments, and the Coquina Key Plaza redevelopment project. Google Earth’s renderings show that the build site is currently undeveloped.

Contractors will soon break ground on 4th Street Gardens at 2100 4th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL, 33705, in Pinellas County. The community will be south of Florida 175 and east of Florida 275.
