The final phase of West Bay Club in southwest Florida is now accepting reservations. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that The Island at West Bay Club will offer 86 residences in a 24-story tower.
Homes will include three-bedroom plus den to four-bedroom layout plans, measuring 3,300 to 3,600 square feet each. In the near future, developers will unveil plans for two-story penthouse units that are expected to exceed 6,000 square feet. Garcia Stromberg Architects designed the building.
Condos will come with access-controlled elevators, 10-foot-high ceilings, and unobstructed views of nearby waterways. Home ownership starts at $3.5 million. At large, communal amenities at The Island at West Bay Club will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, dog park, sports simulator lounge, and fully furnished guest suites.
The top floor will consist of a resort-style pool, a spa, cabanas, a sky bar, and conversational areas with fire pits. Residents at The Island at West Bay Club will have access to the already-existing amenities at the larger West Bay Club community complex.
Construction could start on The Island at West Bay Club next year. The venture’s website lists the community’s address as 5100 Baybridge Blvd, Estero, FL, in Lee County.
