Construction started on Novu Normandy Apartments in November 2023, and it’s shaping up to finish construction by spring 2026. The garden-style community will comprise 308 units spread across eight low-rise buildings.
Per the venture’s website, the Class A complex intends to offer “a lavish living experience,” with homes boasting high-end finishings and other desirable amenities. At large, communal offerings include a resort-style swimming pool and outdoor recreational areas.
The venture started construction in November 2023.
Novu Normandy Apartments will rest on a 15.41-acre site that, according to Google Earth’s renderings, was largely undeveloped prior to the start of construction. Alabama-based Novu Residential Group is the developer. Summit Contracting Group is the general contractor. It secured 20 permits for the complex itself, along with its mail kiosk, trash compactor buildings, and clubhouse.
The Jacksonville Daily Record estimates the venture to cost $41.28 million, with the developer recently securing $13.1 million in backed equity. One of the most desirable parts about Novu Normandy Apartments is its proximity to major employers, such as Boeing, Wayfair, and Amazon. It’s also within walking distance of various shopping centers.
The complex will rest on a 15.41-acre lot.
Novu Normandy Apartments is unfolding at 1485 Fouraker Road, Jacksonville, FL, 32221, in Duval County. It’s west of Interstate 295 and off Normandy Boulevard.
