Construction has officially commenced on Pendry Tampa and Pendry Residences Tampa, a distinctive 39-story development situated along Tampa’s Riverwalk at 103 Ashley Drive South. Notable figures from the development team and the construction and design sectors attended the groundbreaking ceremony. Spearheaded by Two Roads Development in collaboration with Montage Hotels & Resorts, and expertly designed by Arquitectonica with construction by Coastal Construction, this project recently broke ground and is set for completion in Q2 2026. It uniquely combines 220 hotel guestrooms and 207 branded residences, poised to redefine Tampa’s skyline with its luxurious design and amenities.
Pendry Tampa is set to offer an unmatched luxury and comfort experience. It will include three signature dining and beverage venues designed to cater to various tastes. Emphasizing wellness, the development will feature a sprawling 20,000-square-foot Spa Pendry and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Leisure amenities include a rooftop pool and a 12th-floor open-air pool and terrace, offering breathtaking city views.

The development is also family-friendly, including the Paintbox Kids Club, and caters to business needs with 11,000 square feet of meeting and event space, suitable for various functions.
